The Position
Orbit Innovations Group are seeking a person to work at our Ingham Road Store. The suitable candidate will be a stable member of the community with good communication skills, they will be well presented, mature minded, computer literate, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
This position involves working as part of the team in
- Customer service
- Product sales and promotion
- Managing rental equipment
- Social media management
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Welcoming and servicing customer’s needs
- Manage point‐of‐sale processes
- Process orders via email and phone
- Corresponding with customers
- Stocktaking
- Maintaining shop
Applicants will preferably have the following attributes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel databases)
- Working knowledge of MYOB Accounting System
- Customer service orientated
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Willingness to undergo further training
